integrated services required, Recognized technical expertise in and knowledge of wireless telecommunication market and infrastructure entitlement services, Strong skills using Microsoft programs including excel, word and power point are required, Bachelor's Degree required, real estate license or J.D, Coordinate timely submittal of applications for zoning permit, variance and rezoning efforts, Research requirements of local ordinances and zoning codes, floodplain maps, wetlands delineations, title documents, and design requirements/restrictions, and determine impact on intended development and operations, Analyzes GIS data to create and/or maintain permit polygons based on jurisdictional boundaries, In-person permit submittals to Jurisdictions / In-person pickup of permit approvals from Jurisdictions, Prepares leases or other real estate agreements for complex projects, Directs or supervises outside vendor partners, environmental engineers, architectural & engineering firms, engineers and drafting technicians, title search firms and others to ensure transactions close within defined timeframes, Drafts and proofs recordable transaction documents, leases, easements , for legal department review, Attend project and deployment meetings as directed by Site Acquisition Coordinate with other managers, consultants and contractors on project to ensure quality performance, Oversees Site Acquisition contractor(s) in the site acquisition process, Prepares regional staff budgets and work schedules for the approval of the responsible manager, Must be US Citizen and able to work in the Baltimore Office with possible travel to VA/W VA area, Expertise using MS Office Suite the ability to create detailed and concise reports, Minimum of 5 years of telecommunications industry experience, Paralegal certificate, urban planning or law degree highly preferred, Active Real Estate License or Law License may be required in certain regions and is highly preferred.
